Here is two article about the reckless copying problem in China.

First article starts with a cynical title - 'A £30,000 copycat Rolls-Royce? It must be made in China'. The article is is about Gelly GE, a car made in China, exhibited at the Shanghai show - which exactlly looks like Rolls-Royce. The theme was ‘re-inventing the classic’, but Rolls-Royce bosses reaction was negative - they thought it was out of line.
Morever, the article writes 'Chinese car companies have a reputation for copying foreign classics – sometimes leading to legal action'. This shows that not only Rolls-Royce interested are upset.

This is another article of the next day. Title is 'After that copycat Roller, the products that got lost in translation', it introduces imitated products in China. It shows several pictures, and sarcastic comments below.
Both articles are written by Dailymail (UK).
Copying and copyright problems are not only happening in China - also in many other countries and all over the world. However, the problem is that it comes out so openly as if it is fair, and the public seems like to recognize them, and so it has become kind of legalized - in China.
It is a legal problem, but I think, it also could be a cross-cultural problem - the different atmosphere in China and England, and not written in these articles but also other countries.
